Our Process
Attend a Workshop
Attend a TrustMasters workshop to learn the basics of estate planning and living trusts. You’ll meet the team, explore the process, and gain the knowledge needed to plan confidently for your family’s future.
Consultation
Schedule a consultation with TrustMasters to discuss your estate planning needs and goals. During this session, their experienced team will guide you through the process, answer any questions you have, and gather relevant information about your assets and beneficiaries.
Document Preparation
TrustMasters will then prepare the necessary legal documents for your revocable living trust based on the information gathered during the consultation. This includes drafting a personalized trust agreement that outlines how your assets will be managed and distributed during your lifetime and after your passing.
Review and Approval
Once the documents are prepared, you will have the opportunity to review them carefully. TrustMasters will address any concerns or questions you may have and make any necessary revisions to ensure the documents accurately reflect your wishes.
Signing and Funding
After you are satisfied with the documents, you will sign them in the presence of a notary public. TrustMasters will then assist you in transferring ownership of your assets to the trust, ensuring that your estate plan is fully implemented according to your wishes.
